- rudayba arnold Added May 09, 2020★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Would not recommend Westpac Midland Gate at all ! Would have given zero stars, but it wouldn't allow zero so forced a 1 star out of me. Went to Westpac Midland Gate to use the exchange coin machine for our business in my work uniform, exchange machine spat out the notes ok, but no 20c pieces. So I went to the concierge lady and ask her if there is a business teller to assist me as I have to get back to work. She said "you have to stand in line just like all the other customers and wait to be served by the 2 staff in front", but there was this one guy serving. I asked her is there someone else that could get coin for me?, she said no shaking her head and said again "I'm afraid not, you need to stand in line just like all the other customers". An hour later I got the coin from the teller. Had I taken a drive to Morley, I would have gotten my change with much better service and be back in time. The Morley Galleria branch takes care of their business customers.

I had acheque from my health fund.
The or bearer wasn't canceled. Previously I deposited same kind of cheque into my bank account (another bank) with no problem.
The lady said " it is up to us to accept even if the bearer is not crossed."
I wasn't happy with the way I treated and the way she responded.

If you pick your timing well there is no line for customer service. 2 Teller staff know me by name and have given me service that I can not fault. Another great place to see a broad spectrum of colourful people who radiate true essence of Midland.
